ATTEMPTED KIDNAPPING:
Male Attacker Beaten Up By 14 Year-old Martial Artist
In early October, 2014 a 35 year old man, 5'7" tall, grabbed a 14 year-old girl from behind in a London area park.
Turns out, he picked the wrong kid.
The attempted kidnapping was foiled by none other than the girl herself. Even at the young age of 14, she'd been a martial artist for several years.
The young lady beat the man off of her, and injured him to the point where he was easily nabbed by police when they arrived on the scene.
According to the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children, 8 million children worldwide (including 800,000 in the United States) go missing every year.
This year, there will be one less missing child, and this 14 year-old martial artist will live to tell about how her martial arts training was well-worth her time, effort, and commitment. Imagine what strength the girl will carry with her into other life successes thanks to the confidence she earned by stopping her own attempted kidnapping.
